Producción de plantones de cacao (theobroma cacao l.) con aplicación de trichoderma, control de enfermedades en vivero

El trabajo de investigación tuvo por objetivo, Evaluar la incidencia de la aplicación de Trichoderma harzianum, viride y asperellum en producción de plantones del cacao (Theobroma cacao L.) en vivero, la metodología fue del tipo de investigación experimental, nivel de investigación aplicativo y diseño de investigación experimental DCA. Para el desarrollo de la investigación se utilizó fichas de evaluación para cada tratamiento en estudio, en cada tratamiento se evaluó 15 plantones dentro del vivero, Resultados: las relaciones estadísticas manifestaron que a medida que aumenta el porcentaje de Trichoderma harzianum, viride y asperellum. Se observó un aumento en la altura de las plantas el Tratamiento 03 mostró el efecto más significativo, obteniendo el mayor promedio de crecimiento, que fue de 21.19 cm. el crecimiento de las raíces de las plantas se destaca que el Tratamiento 3 correspondiente a la dosis 750 gr/l mostró el efecto más significativo obteniendo el mayor promedio de crecimiento, que fue de 15,28 cm., el tratamiento 3 produce mejor grosor de tallo en comparación a los tratamientos 0, tratamiento 1 y tratamiento 3, por último la cantidad de hojas con síntomas visibles como la marchitez y amarillamiento de las hojas entre los tratamientos, se observó que el Tratamiento 3 mostró el efecto más significativo, obteniendo el menor promedio de crecimiento, que fue de 0.8 en comparación con los otros tratamientos (0, 1 y 2). Conclusión: el mejor tratamiento es el T3 con una dosis de 750 gr/l. de Trichoderma harzianum, viride, asperellum.

The objective of the research work was. Conclusion: the best treatment is T3 with a dose of 750 gr/l. of Trichoderma harzianum, viride, asperellum.
